Replace the video behind a link you already sent
Fix a mistake after sharing: edit the take and update the link. Viewers keep the same address and see the new version.
Where to find it
Studio → Links → Edit → Export tab → Update link
How to do it
In the Studio, open Links and press Edit on the video. Edit shows when the take is still on this Mac.
Make your changes in the video editor.
Open the Export tab and press Update link in Share.
Wait for the upload. The same link now plays the new version.
Good to know
- Right after recording, Edit on the Link copied panel opens the same take for this.
- On iPhone, a recording’s link card has Replace with this file.
