Draw on a whiteboard or a shared screen

Open a whiteboard for everyone, or draw over someone's shared screen with a pen, highlighter, laser pointer, arrows, and boxes.

Where to find it

In a call → Open the whiteboard, or on a shared screen → Draw on screen

How to do it

  1. Press Open the whiteboard. It takes the stage for everyone.

  2. Or, while someone presents, press Draw on screen at the top of their screen.

  3. Pick Pen, Highlighter, Laser pointer, Arrow, Box, or Eraser, then a color and size.

  4. Use Undo for your last stroke, or the clear button to clear your drawings. Hosts clear everyone's.

  5. Press the download button to save the whiteboard as an image, and Close the whiteboard when you're done.

Good to know

  • People who join late see what's already on the whiteboard. Drawing on a shared screen isn't kept.
  • The Mac and iPhone apps show the whiteboard but can't draw on it yet.
