Record your screen

Find and organize your screenshots

The Screenshots page shows every screenshot by day. Search by the words in them, then rename, move, copy links, or delete several at once.

Where to find it

Studio → Screenshots → On this Mac

How to do it

  1. Open the studio and choose Screenshots, or choose Open Screenshots… under Screenshots in the menu bar.

  2. Type in Search names and the text in screenshots. Signed in, press Search All of Files to search uploads too.

  3. Click to select. Hold ⌘ or ⇧ to select several.

  4. Use Copy Links, Move, Rename, or Delete above the grid. Drag a screenshot onto a folder, or into any app.

  5. Right-click one for Mark Up…, Open in Preview, Show in Finder, and more.

Good to know

  • Renaming several numbers them in the order they were taken.
  • Deleted uploads go to FrameCast’s Trash, where they stay for 30 days.
