Turn comments on or off, reply, and delete comments
Viewers can leave comments pinned to a moment. Reply to them, delete any comment on your video, or turn comments off.
Where to find it
Video settings → Details → Allow comments and replies
How to do it
To turn comments off or on, open the video’s Settings and insights, change Allow comments and replies under Details, and press Save changes.
To read comments, open the watch page and the Comments tab beside the video.
Press Reply under a comment to answer it. Your replies are marked Creator.
Hover a comment and press Delete to remove it.
Good to know
- Turning comments off keeps the ones already there. Delete those you don’t want shown.
