Switch between your own space and a team
Work in Personal or in any team you're in. Files, recordings, links, and new captures show and save only in the space you choose.
Where to find it
Web: the space menu at the top of the page; Mac: the account switcher at the top of the studio sidebar; iPhone: the account switcher
How to do it
On the web, press the ▾ next to Personal or your team's name at the top of the page and choose a space.
On the Mac, click the account switcher at the top of the studio's sidebar, use the Account menu, or pick under WORKING IN in the menu bar menu.
Press ⌃⌥⌘A (the Switch account shortcut) to move to the next account from anywhere.
On iPhone, tap the account name at the top of the Files tab, or Working in on the Account tab.
Good to know
- Recordings, links, backups, and screenshots save to the account you're in. Stop recording before switching.
- A team marked read-only has a plan that ended or hasn't started.
