Grant FrameCast permissions on your Mac
FrameCast asks only for what each feature needs: Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording, Speech Recognition, Input Monitoring, and Accessibility.
Grant screen recording permission
Recordings and screenshots need Screen Recording permission. Allow it in System Settings, then quit and reopen FrameCast so macOS applies it.
Fix a recording with no sound
No voice usually means the microphone was off or blocked. No computer sound means system audio was off. Check both before the next take.
