Let people from your company domain join
Verify a domain you own and people signed in with that email address are offered your team. Choose whether an admin approves each one.
Where to find it
getframecast.com/teams → your team → Company domains
How to do it
Open your team and find Company domains.
Type your domain, like acme.com, and press Add domain.
Add the TXT record shown to your domain's DNS, then press Check now until it says Verified.
In Settings, tick People joining through a verified domain need an admin's approval if you want to approve each person, then Save settings.
Requests appear under Asking to join in People. Press Approve or Decline.
Good to know
- Joining always takes the person's own click. Public email providers can't be added. Approved people join as members.
