Schedule a meeting and email invites

Pick a date, time, and length, add guests' emails, and FrameCast sends each one an invite with a Join button and a calendar invitation they can accept.

Where to find it

getframecast.com/meet → Schedule

How to do it

  1. Go to getframecast.com/meet and press Schedule at the top of the new meeting card.

  2. Type what it's about, then choose the Date, Time, and Length.

  3. Add guests in Invite (emails, optional), separated by commas. A note box appears for a message to go with the invite.

  4. Press Schedule, or Schedule and invite when you added emails.

  5. Use Add to calendar or Copy link on the confirmation to put it in your own calendar or share it yourself.

Good to know

  • Each guest's email has a Join button, links for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar, and an attached invitation, so Gmail and Outlook show Accept and Decline. Replies go to you.
  • Scheduled meetings are listed under Scheduled and saved meetings, soonest first. Press the ✕ on a row to delete one; its link stops working.
  • You can send up to 200 invite emails a day.
