Record your screen

Choose which display to record

With more than one screen, pick a display to record, or let FrameCast record whichever screen your pointer is on when you start.

Where to find it

Studio → Screen recording → Display & bounds → Display

How to do it

  1. Open the studio and choose Screen recording.

  2. In Display, pick a screen by name, or choose Screen with the pointer.

  3. With Screen with the pointer, FrameCast records the screen your pointer is on when you start, and stays on it until you stop.

  4. Move the floating camera to that screen with Next Display (⌥⌘D) so it appears in the take.

Good to know

  • A take records one display. With bounds on, it records the screen the bounds are on.
  • The display can’t change during a take.
