Start a FrameCast recording from Control Center
Add Screen Recording to Control Center, then press and hold it and choose FrameCast to start recording from any app without opening FrameCast first.

Control Center → Screen Recording (press and hold) → FrameCast
How to do it
Add the Screen Recording control to Control Center if it isn't there. You can do this by editing Control Center on your iPhone.
Open Control Center from any app.
Press and hold the Screen Recording button and choose FrameCast in the list.
Turn the microphone on if you want to narrate, then start the broadcast.
