Billing
Each team has its own bill
Team is $20.00 a month, or $220.00 a year, for that team. It includes 1 TB, shared by up to 250 members. You add terabytes, not seats. A second team is a second subscription, with its own 1 TB.
Pro is separate. It is $60.00 a year and covers your personal files, 200 GB, not the team drive. Being a member of a team does not move your personal library onto the team plan, and you do not cancel Pro to start a team.
What the team price includes
The owner pays through that team’s billing portal. Admins do not. Extra storage on the team is $20.00 a month per terabyte, on the team’s subscription. Extra storage on Pro stays on your personal subscription.
Videos saved into the team use the team’s link limits: unlimited live links, up to 4 hours, 4K, viewer insights, and link controls. AI summaries and docs draw on 300 runs a month, pooled for the team. Voice-over credits are still separate. Videos saved to My Files use your personal allowance, which is 25 live links on Free.

If a team lapses
Only that team goes read-only, for 90 days, with warnings to the owner and the members. During those days a member can move their own uploads into My Files if their personal plan has room. After that, the team’s files are deleted.
Your other teams keep their own subscriptions. If Pro ends, the personal library is a different clock: those files stay readable for 90 days, then the newest that fit Free remain. A lapsed team does not take My Files with it.
Ownership
The owner can transfer the team to an admin. Billing moves with that transfer. Closing a team removes its drive. You cannot delete your login while you own a team that still has other people in it.

- Do we pay per person?
- No. A team is $20.00 a month or $220.00 a year, with up to 250 members included. Another terabyte on that team is $20.00 a month. A second team is another subscription, not a per-seat add-on.
- If I am on a team, do I still need Pro?
- Pro covers your personal files and personal share links. The team subscription covers that team’s drive and the videos saved into it. Joining a team does not upgrade My Files, and you can keep Pro while you own or belong to teams.
- What happens when a team stops paying?
- That team becomes read-only for 90 days. Members can move their own uploads into My Files if they have room. Then the team’s files are deleted. Other teams and your personal files are not deleted by that lapse.
- Who can open the billing portal?
- The owner of that team. Each team has its own customer and its own portal. Admins manage members and folders. They do not manage the card.
