Pricing notes as of October 12, 2026. Figures can change — confirm on each vendor’s site before you buy.
These are list prices for storing files, not a claim that the products do the same work. FrameCast meters each team, and meters your personal library separately. Dropbox and Box meter users. iCloud, Google One, and Microsoft 365 Family bundle storage with other services.
Personal files use Free (15 GB) or Pro ($6.00/month or $60.00/year, 200 GB). Each team is its own subscription: $20.00/month or $220.00/year for one team, with 1 TB for up to 250 members. Extra storage is $20.00/month per extra terabyte, on your personal plan or on that team. One sign-in can belong to several teams. My Files are not counted against a team, and team admins cannot open them. Figures for the other products are quoted from the pages linked at the bottom, checked October 12, 2026.

How to read the table
Cheapest gigabyte is not the same job
iCloud+ 2 TB at $9.99 and Dropbox Plus at $9.99 with 2 TB store more than FrameCast Pro’s 200 GB for a similar monthly number. They do not file a crew’s iPhones into one company folder.
Seats dominate a Dropbox or Box bill
At Dropbox’s listed $15 per user, ten people cost about $150 a month before you talk about storage. FrameCast Team stays at $20.00 until the 1 TB fills up.
Video links are priced apart from voice
Pro and Team include unlimited watch links. AI voice-over is a separate credit balance. Local recording, editing, and captions do not require a storage plan.
Fair tradeoffs
Do not pick a storage plan from this table alone. Dropbox, Drive, iCloud, and OneDrive sync to Windows. Box and Dropbox share folders with people who never create an account. FrameCast does not. Confirm the current price on each vendor’s site before you buy. The check date is October 12, 2026.
